Support to Omanization

Our Chairman Mr.Mohamed Ali Juma has taken special initiative to place Omani workforce at the right job. He has made it a point to communicate and remind about the quality of the work and urged them rise to occasion as situations demand. We are happy to state that we are fulfilling all the requirements of Ministry of Manpower and have added required number to ‘Our Family’. The Management is delighted to note that both our Omani and expatriate employees are working in harmony and peace as One Family, interacting and participating efficiently at work-front to contribute the best towards the growth of the Company. During the period we have added several Omanis from time to time.

We enjoy special preferential treatment by Ministry of Manpower as company with preferential treatment as we meet all the Ministry’s requirements including promoting Omanization.
