Our employees are contactable even when they are on business or personal trips via email through MS Exchange’s (Outlook Web Access).

The group has an Oracle 9i ERP solution called ORION supplied by 3i-Infotech (formerly known as ICICI Infotech), Dubai, UAE. The major modules are General Ledger, Receivables and Payables, Purchase Order Processing, Sales Order Processing, Invoicing, Payroll and Personnel, Registrations, MIS etc.

IT departments conduct regular trainings on ERP modules and IT induction for new employees. Be-spoke MIS requirements by the management is handled diligently and swiftly. Office automation system takes care of computerized fax, email and Internet requirements through smart integration, secured firewalls and ADSL connectivity. Data security is the prime concern and Al Ansari handles that through secured channels of Information Technology.

Our BPO office at Chennai functions on Orion (ERP). Citrix Access Gateway gives them equivalent performance from servers which are available locally @ HO. All routine day-to-day entry and processing (FA and Payroll) are done from BPO.
